Dr. Machugh is a *great* doctor!! It's her front office staff that leaves a lot to be desired. At first things went well. Then my wife came in to wait for me after an appointment and said the staff was rude to her. Then recently when I missed a payment, they were very rude to me. It's the front office staff that is what can make or break a pleasant experience, and in my opinion this is broken. I'm moving on and will miss Dr. Machugh greatly, but it's just not worth it.
Save your money and go elsewhere.
