I was in a real bind when I dropped my partial in the sink and it broke.....I was so embarrassed and worried that I couldn't find a dentist that would see me right away. But when I called Dr.Ross's office his office nurse, Amy, was so kind and considerate and she told me that Dr. Ross could see me that day. ...I was so grateful. Dr. Ross is also extremely personable, enjoys people and has a very interesting clientele.
While waiting in his lovely waiting room which by the way as a flat screen LCD television, I have met some very interesting people. (2) gentlemen in particular in their 90's had some wonderful stories and I was fascinated.
I am very lucky that I found Dr. Ross and very grateful for his excellent work.
