I don't feel that Dr. McCartney really knew what he was doing. The implants had to be done over several times as it kept falling out. The veneer kept falling off and we were charged each time to put back in place something that should have been done correctly the first time. The cosmetic look is also substandard. The worst however is the customer service. We have been treated unbelievably poorly by the staff. On phone calls we have been scolded for what was their lack of performance. When we are there in person, they do not treat family members with respect, but are condescending and rude, and they try to keep the parents from actually seeing what is happening. We have incurred extra cost, endured extra pain, and still do not have a satisfactory solution. They are close to being sued for malpractice. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THEIR SERVICES AND DO NOT BELIEVE ANY REFERRAL FROM OTHER DENTISTS. Believe the report of an actual patient. We have never been treated so poorly by anyone in the medical profession.
