I have been a long time happy patient of Dr Flanders......he has done an excellent job for me. Unfortunately, I recently went to see Dr Flanders for a cleaning and we found that there was an issue with a filling....it was fixed but the bite was not properly adjusted afterwards. I went back two more time to get the bite adjusted but Dr Flanders was unable to do so. He then suggested I might want to have someone else look at it. I went with that suggestion and saw my periodontist to accomplish the job with two more visits. I then sent Dr Flanders the bill for this adjustment. He informed me that he since he had sold the practice I needed to contact his new corporate office. I did so and found them slow and unresponsive. They finally send me a token check for $75 that did not come close to covering the incurred expense and told me that they could no longer maintain the Dr patient relationship with me and I should find a new dentist. So, I am sorry but I can no longer recommend the current incarnation of this office.
