I'm no longer in NY but was originally referred to him by someone who had him visit her initially as a " Home Visit" in
a hospital. That's really rare. Later on I found him to be top
notch and wholly friendly, informative, and professional. The
kind of person you'd like to go fishing with. h. Byers
