I saw Dr. Silk for two procedures: one was for a cavity filling to be partially replaced, the other was for a gold inlay and minor bonding work. He was professional, friendly and made me -- normally a white-knuckler patient -- feel relaxed and comfortable. Excellent at communicating/explaining what he was doing. Answered all of my questions with great patience. There was a problem with the insurance claim -- (the fault belonged to the insurance carrier). Dr. Silk's receptionist was incredibly persistent in getting it fully straightened out. I've already recommended him to friends & colleagues.
