I saw an earlier review that the staff is very friendly, which was definitely NOT the case. The office person, Michelle, said she would get approval for the procedure with my insurance companies (I have 2). However, it has come to light that she did not do that. It has been denied by one carrier, and she refuses to file it with the other carrier. Since she lied to us, and caused us to have a large out-of-pocket balance, she now demands instant payment. Michelle is very rude and impossible to deal with. Dr. Dorrough does good work, but only go to him if you like to pay everything out of pocket and deal with rude office staff. She is now backtracking on what she previously told us, and is now simply lying to cover herself.
