I always had to get Dr. Shaws attention when I was in the chair. He would be looking out the window or day dreaming. When I went back for my first reline for my upper dentures{which he made and did first lining and put in my mouth} he said since he did not do the extractions, he was going to charge me 80.00 for a reline. When I explained to his assitant that Dr. Shaw made, lined, and seated the teeth, he commented that did not matter that because Dr. Shaw did not do the extractions he would charge me. Then the assistant did the reline, not Dr. Shaw and it was done improperly and I stated that the teeth hurt, and he wanted to give me some cream if they made a sore/he did not try to find out why they hurt. I left there that day and never went back.
