Dr. Booth's chair-side manner is less than average -- neither he nor his staff are sensitive and caring to patient needs although their work is somewhere above average. I have endured very long waits for minor treatment such as cleanings, yet I have felt "rushed" while my son had more major treatments such as extractions (and numbing injections).
Nothing against the dentist or staff personally but I was quite displeased, however, I gave the office a chance to meet my expectations by not jumping to a negative conclusion immediately when I walked into the office. I was immediately turned off upon walking through the door for the first time when I noticed slightly worn furniture. Perhaps in fairness I should have walked out the door at THAT time as opposed to giving the office three chances.
