The doctor seems great. The staff is nice but they have their own agenda. They have an antiquated phone system so if you have an emergency after they want to go home, they won't answer the phone.
I had several thousand dollars worth of bridge work arrive a few days ago. I found it was there because the front desk person accidentally slipped. They close tomorrow for three weeks. That means I had seven business hours to get in for a fitting. They woul not have contacted me until the new year even though it is mid -December.
What's more. If I was having problems, I would have to wait 3-4 weeks for a call back.
Take your money elsewhere. The prices are high for the service you get. In fact, they have nothing for you to hold or squeeze during painful procedures.
