To say i am a difficult patient would be an understatement. As a result of countless bad British dental experiences i now find myself (as an adult) terrified of the dentist to a point where i will if not completely comfortable simply get up and leave.. still wearing the protective bib!
Dr Carol and her staff have come to understand this, they had to else the would have run out of bibs! Hence all of my needs are personalised at Dr Carol's practice. I visit for a short consultation and return within a 2 week period at which time i am whisked into the chair and made numb (a gel is applied via a cotton bud to my gum) no discussion is had i simply put on their headphones lay back and watch the TV show of my choice.
Dr Carol enters, works her magic and leaves, shortly after which i leave (without the bib) no mess, no fuss, no cuss, just the way I like it.
