Getting an appointment with Dr. Hood is pretty quick in comparison to others I have visited. She has a Great bedside manner. She explains to you what she is about to do, and what results to expect. She is usually on point. Sometimes procedure may reqiure nearly a month or so of return appointments, which are not always condusive to one's working schedule. In addition, there have been some instances of procedures slightly gone bad, but the Dr. was very accomodating, having you come in right away, even if her office is closed. Every procedure has been practically pain free. Her cost are somewhat very high in comparison to others performing the same procedure. But you get what you pay for. The best! The front desk office help, seems to rotate a lot, but overall seem very professional.
