The facilities and service in the chair are good. Dr. Hood gives everyone a very personable touch. Sometimes too personable so that the next patient has to wait over 45 minutes from the appointment time because of sidebar conversations being had at checkout time with the previous patient. I've had a few occasions where I had to pull her because I was waiting in the chair over 30 minutes listening to her conversations with her paitients.
Service - 5 star Wait Time - unacceptable
