Dr. Doose and his entire staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. I started taking my granddaughter when she was 3. We had read a book about going to the dentist, so she was looking for all the "tools of the trade," which were not needed for having her teeth checked and cleaned. Though shy and a little afraid at first, she quickly warmed up to the hygenist as she gently showed her what she was going to do. She could not have been more patient. To show that there are staff members who go above and beyond: My granddaughter had a stuffed tiger she dearly loved. He went to the dentist with her each time. One day the tiger fell off of his chair, and we didn't notice him because of the excitement of the great box of prizes. When we got home, we realized the "horror." I frantically called the office because it was right at closing time (it takes me 20+ minutes to drive there). One of the young women who worked in the office said she would wait for us. I call that going above and beyond what is expected of a staff member!
