I had the most painful crown ever! When he drilled, it took hours (including extended breaks when he went to check out other patients) and I walked away with a swollen and bruised cheek.
When I went in weeks later for my permanent crown placement, the assistant did it. I had tears in my eyes from the excruciating pain and uncomfortable nerve sensitivity -- and started crying in my car after I walked out. It was the worst dental experience I have ever had.
When I went in for a cleaning afterwards, they found one small cavity and the doctor joked, "Better get that filled before you need another CROWN! Ha ha!"
I will say, however, that the staff is all very friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful, new and modern with televisions at every chair.
I just leave their office in pain every time I visit (5 times -- 3 cleanings and the 2 crown sessions) and it's not worth it.
