Had routine cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings and a bridge replaced. After keeping my routine 6 month cleanings for quite some time, I was told I needed a deep cleaning so they kept me coming back every 3 months for over a year. The deep cleanings were not covered under my insurance so it was expensive and if the regular cleanings were done as they should have been, I wouldn't have needed a deep cleaning.
Also, the wait time is extremely long, often 30 - 45 minutes before you see the hygeniest and then to wait for the doctor after the cleaning is usually a minimum of 30 minutes but can be closer to an hour.
I did not go to my last scheduled deep cleaning appt that was scheduled in April. In July I found a new dentist and was told I did not need a deep cleaning at all. Each time I was at Dr. Henegars office, I never felt like they had my best interest at heart, it was more motivated on how they could make additional money from me. Shame on me for not finding a new dentist sooner.
