The wait was minimal - around 10 minutes - which I greatly appreciate. Before the procedure, I received no assurances from the staff about the doctors, the pain, the procedure itself. Nothing was done to put me at ease.
Questions and conversation were directed to me from behind my chair until I asked them to move in front of me, which they did. Staff helping other patients kept interrupting the Dr to ask questions about other patients, which made me feel that the Dr was unable to concentrate fully on what he was doing with me.
I had two front crowns -- porcelain fused to high noble metal. The procedure included a core buildup for two teeth as well as custom color matching. The final result is stunning. It is virtually impossible to tell the crowns from the regular teeth. While there is still moderate to high sensitivity in those front teeth, overall I am happy with the work done.
The staff was very attentive about pain throughout the procedure, and as a result I received 4 shots. I had above average pain after the procedure, including bleeding and was not given the option to get a prescription for pain medication.
The staff is friendly although somewhat immature. I would recommend customer service classes.
