-- Lights off, no one at desk. Receptionist came in 10 minutes later, didn't acknowledge patients, & made a personal phone call before starting work. Was irritable and cut-off each person who tried to speak.
-- Waiting time well beyond appointment: 30min late first appt, 20min at 2nd appt. No apology, explanation, or courtesy extended.
-- Roberts attempted to charge for a missed appointment after _she_ chose not to attempt work on my child (see #5).
-- Employees complain of patients within earshot of other patients, use condescending speech & treat patients as nuisances.
-- Claim experienced with children, yet unprepared when my child was scared & weeping. Both Roberts & tech unwilling to attempt to work on child before 6 months passed, as her attitude wouldnt change. Neither tech nor Roberts ever looked at, spoke to, or acknowledged child.
Did not receive fillings, but heard check-ins of 2 patients to replace fillings which had fallen out & 1 patient had a filling scraping her tongue & making it bleed. Not the sign of a talented dentist who takes pride in her work.
Would absolutely not recommend Mitzi Roberts for children, and probably not for adults,
About Hygienist: 1 tech (no name, sorry!) very nice, the rest are very grousy, sloppy, and seem to intensely dislike people.
