Has technician put braces on. Does not explain how to decrease headgear time. Is never available for emergencies despite having an emergency number. Not in Philadelphia office on Wednesdays or before many holidays. Not committed to providing superior patient care. I highly recommend going elsewhere, we have been very unhappy.
