My family has been going to Dr. Reno for about 7 years now and it's the friendliest office in town. We always are able to get in at a convenient time, the receptionists always greet us by name and remember and ask about the rest of the family, we never wait long in the waiting room and Dr. Reno is very down to earth and explains things in plain English without a lot of "medical mumble jumble". The billing,payment and insurance filing is always easy and convenient. I'd almost say that they make going to the dentist fun, well as fun as any trip to a dentist can be anyway. My daughter actually likes them so much she gets mad if I go without her. Go figure.
