No treatment, but yet they love to charge to people.
When you do not confirm the appointment, they will still charge you. The office personal is terrible. Who can trust this office to make the appointment when they are so rude.They could have been a bit nicer, it won't hurt .... The Doctor is ok, but I will never deal with the girls in that office again.
When they forgot to call you back, they never said they are sorry...cos it was not her. This was the word from the office manage. Does it matter who supposed to call, if your office personal was supposed to call, but did not. You are supposed to say "Sorry" first... then we can discuss more business. They use one system to leave a message only one way that we specify, but they will call any number including non specify numbers to ask for review that never taken place. How odd!. How is that. they never call back and say, in this case we will charge you the fee of $50. When we call to make an appointment, they will tell us "unless you pay $50, we an not giving you the appointment" they could call, when they said they would to explain all this.. Until we received the bill in the mail we had no idea what had happened. I was thinking to report to the consumer reporter.
About Hygienist: It was very good the one I had last year.
