Rip-off dentist. Beware! Will get u in the chair and do lots of work and then tell you your ins. won't pay and you're stuck owing thousands. and then they offer you a credit card to pay with - yeah - that's the ticket - get more credit card debt. yep - happened to me and 2 other families I know.
