Dr. Paddock is very nice and reassuring. Most of his staff is easy to work with and very accommodating. The office is clean. Unfortunately, I had a substitute tech installing a molar crown, and she had a lot of difficulty getting it to go on. I don't know if the dentist usually does this, but I would have felt better if it had been him. Maybe this is a tech's job, I don't know. I realize it is only a molar, but the color is so off from my teeth, a dead white. Maybe that is normal. It has been a few years and I have some slight aching under that tooth, and my current dentist sent me to a specialist for better X-rays. I don't have the money and the pain is minimal, so I'm letting it slide for now. We do not live in Frisco now, but I would go back to Dr. Paddock again if we moved back.
