This is a group practice. Dr. Chui was not unfriendly but needed to improve his manners, pay more attention to his patients and showed more respect fot his associate's patients.
This group had an outside periodontist who collaborated with them and treated patients in this office. He claimed to be associated with certain professional organizations but these organizations didn't have any of this specialist's record. Was he qualified to perform gum surgeries? Was he even licensed?!
