Dr. Gies & his staff are very professional and friendly. I would rate the care my family & I received as average. Dr. Gies & his staff seemed competent, but when I got a second opinion about he procedure he wanted to do, the other dentist said I didn't need it, but he had missed something I really did need. We also had a few billing issues, although they were always resolved. They also weren't as punctual as I would have liked, especially later in the day. But one time I was the first appointment in the morning & they were 15 minutes late because of a staff meeting. I never had the same hygienist twice, which doesn't seem good for continuity of care.
