Do Not go to this dental office! It is a nightmare. The problem is with the office rep., Claudia. She is completely inept at her job and is very rude. She had me make an appointment 2 Months in advance, she called and left me a message less than 24 hours prior to my appt. asking me to come in an hour earlier which I was not able to do, then when I arrived on time for my appt., she had me complete tons of paperwork, after which she told me that she was unable to keep my appt. and the dds would not be available for another hour and a half. She told me if I don't call her back in the future when she leaves a message, she would just cancel my appointment!
