Once he found out that I had 100% coverage for my family by my medical mutual, we all had severe problems and required intensive, expensive procedures (that we did not have six months previously). We wanted to seek a second opinion, and his office responded, "what is your educaton - are you a dentist?" when I was simply asking questions. Then he refused to release our xrays to us or the new dentist. He is very arrogant and greedy. He is in it for the wrong reasons. Please note that I have never voiced a complaint about any physician before- this office has deeply upset me. I felt very insulted because I do have a master's degree and they acted as if I was ignorant. He is very unprofessional and I would never trust him.
