Failed bone graph. Had a painful tooth extraction! They did a bone graph to get ready for an implant, the implant was never put in because before my implant was scheduled the bone graph failed. When I asked to be seen by Dr. Homa Zadeh, they told me "it's been too long since your last visit, you will need to pay $150 for an exam." It was only 2 months after my last visit! That is really recent. If a year had gone by, maybe I would understand, but 2 months is a short time frame. My whole gums around the bone graph have receded! I had a bad feeling from the get go and should have not continued with them from the start. They were unprofessional.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff were nice, though lack of communication between the front desk and those who worked on my mouth.
