I went to this office about 5 times. Dr. Shifrin did root canal, crown and a few fillings. Last time I went there, I told her that on one of my teeth I have sensitivity to cold... She told me right the way (without any x-rays) that I have to do root canal... I didn't have dental insurance back then, and it would have cost me a lot. She also told me that almost every teeth in my mouth needs some dental work... I decided to go get second opinion... I saw another dentist who took rays and it turned out to be just a small filling instead of root canal, and two more teeth needed filings... I was very upset and felt like Dr. Shifrin was just trying to get money from me. The facility is not busy at all and it feels like they are trying to make it up by charging "arm and a leg" from existing patients...

About Front Desk: I think the front desk is the worst... every time I go there, it's a new girl at the front desk... I asked one of them to e-mail me my treatment plan, and they sent me someone else's records...It's HIPPA violation. Also, since their front desk changes every time, one of the girls forgot to make an adjustment on my account and a YEAR later they started calling me and saying that I have balance of $150, and if I don't pay, they will send me to collection.... I tried to explain the situation to the new girl, but she wasn't very cooperative and I had to choice but to pay one more time for something I already paid before.... TERRIBLE service!!! I tell everyone I know not to go there!!!
