Dr. Biondo was referred to me by a friend of the family who is a dentist as well. I went to him on a Friday (2/4/11) and he said he had a cancellation and could take me right then after he gave me the 3D x-ray that is VERY expensive. He prepped me and told me (what i thought was) everything i needed to know about the procedure (extracting all 4 wisdom teeth). AFTER the procedure he tells me the bill $3700!!!!!! and expected me to pay the FULL amount on the spot...he said i could not leave until the bill was settled. This man is a rip off artist and I don't care how many stories and pleasant chatting he does while you're getting your procedure done he is UNPROFESSIONAL and said i'd get $1000 from insurance and got considerably less. This man should be arrested for theft!
It took him 3 weeks to finally return my call because he was "busy" when i visited his office about 3x and saw ONE person in all those visits.
The receptionist of the day (since he doesn't have a permanent one) was never helpful or even faked any semblance of concern when i stated i had been leaving messages for 3 weeks.
This whole process left me feeling used and abused! WORST dental experience ever and i had braces for years...smh!
