The medical building Dr. Wiele's office is located in is poorly maintained, it's dirty and smells moldy. Dr. Wiele's office has an overwhelming chemical smell. They make you pay in advance for your appointment and the fee is non-refundable. I've never encountered that anywhere else. They make you wait and wait and when you complain about it, instead of apologizing, they pretend like everything is normal. The woman at the front desk said: "you're waiting out here so you don't have to wait once you're in the exam chair." Does she think she's fooling a four year old? I was there for an hour and a half instead of a half hour. The doctor would talk to me for a minute, say "excuse me, I'll be back in a minute" and then be gone for 20 minutes. They make you feel like they don't care about your time. It's all about maximizing the doctor's profits. The price quoted was sky high and the doctor didn't have many pictures of patient results.
