Avoid at all costs! This individual does not deserve a license !! He is costing me thousands of $'s in crowns . He is not qualified for detailed work or any work for that matter after what he did to me ! I've been spending a lot of time speaking w/ real Dentists & I show them before & after photo's of my crowns prior to Robert Ray's destruction & all they can say is I'm so sorry. I know how teeth are supposed to compliment a persons features & I know that teeth are of great importance to human beings but Robert Ray lacks those 2 simple concepts. I don't believe he understands the nature of Dentistry. How could he? His errors were so traumatic that i went into denial. That's when I heard him say " I could not see from where I sitting!!!! C'mon !!!! are you freakin kidding me Dr? I showed him his not so handy skills & it made him smell law suit . But that's not what i'm concerned about . I'm concerned for the next patient that strolls in for a simple cleaning and gets hacked by the Butcher!!! I have 4 consultations this week & Robert ray should be paying for my new teeth. He approached 1 tooth & destroyed it so badly that he ended up mulling a grand total of 3 crowns !!! Thanks Dr Robert Ray??? Dr.? I need a 2nd opinion!!!!!!!!!!!

About Front Desk: They Tried to tell me i am confused about dental offices !!! Are you freakin kidding me!!! how frustrating..... They do not care about patients or reputation because they have lawyers .. Ok Doc. your word against mine just like you said right? just like you said " I cant see from where I was sitting." who the heck says that!!! Robert Ray does after mulling your teeth

About Hygienist: not good due to the fact that she never spoke up when Robert Ray said "I could not see from where I was sitting" nor did she speak up when i came in to confront Robert Ray. They apparently can sleep fine at night even though Robert & staff earn a living w/ no pride in they're work... You get my point .. Imagine having to spend thousands on 2 front crowns but he hit 3 crowns w/ grinder but i'll leave the lateral as a reminder of what he did and perhaps i can cost him thousands of dollars some way somehow!!!! Regret!!!!!!!!!!
