It wasn't the dentist that was so awful - it was the support staff. I was left (literally forgotten about!) in the waiting area, in the dentists chair, and at the billing desk. On my last visit, I eventually got up and left before even seeing a dentist. If you have to wait over an hour and you have the 1st appointment of the day, there is trouble. On my first visit, after determining that I had a small cavity, they decided to spend the next hour doing gum assessments and trying to sell me a multi-thousand dollar gum program instead of fixing the cavity. Seems maybe the priorities are out of order. When I walked out, I cancelled all future appointments and not surprisingly, when those appointments came up, I was billed a missed appointment fee.
