Dr. Williams is friendly and very affordable. I didn't have dental insurance until recently, and she always gave me a discounted rate -- a rarity, especially here in New York City. Recently, when I had an emergency, I called her office, which was closed. Fortunately, the answering machine had an emergency number that connected directly to Dr. Williams, NOT an answering service. I appreciated that kind of personal service and attention. My only complaint, and a small one, is that her office is open only a few days a week, so scheduling appointments can take a few days. You have to leave a message and wait for a return call. If this matter were remedied, I would certainly raise my overall recommendation. Still, it's a minor criticism.
