Dr. Phan is very gentle - I don't like going to the dentist but she puts you at ease. She is also very honest in her recommendations - for example, for a pain in my tooth she suggested a root canal would help, but did not push me and instead offered an alternative to controlling the sensitivity. Facilities are also extremely well kept and the rest of the staff is friendly.
