I called to request a transfer of Xrays to a new dentist and the response from the receptionist (Dr Walker's wife) was "Don't ever call this office again" and she hung up on me. This was the most unprofessional, disrespectful response I've ever had from any type of business. While Dr Walker seemed like a competent dentist, he showed poor judgement in hiring his unqualified wife as a receptionist. She will quickly drive the business into the ground with her inappropriate behavior.
The reason I changed dentists in the first place was because the office was unable to submit a simple insurance claim properly for a cleaning. The wife then blamed me for not paying, even though they never sent a bill nor tried to re-submit the claim with correct info. I was a patient for 10 years with no billing problems, until the wife showed up...coincidence?
Highly recommend finding a different dentist.
