I've been seeing this doctor for over 3 years and his service quality has gone down steadily. The wait time is often over an hour to be seen for a simple cleaning, he has no dental hygenists and his staff is very difficult to work with. He refuses to treat young children and gives patients a hard time when referring to other dentists. He is not very helpful in explaining treatment options as he is always pressed for time and in a rush. Appointments are regularly rescheduled because of other obligations and regular six month cleanings drag out to 9+ months depending on his schedule changes. He is terrible with kids and complains constantly about his ex-wife and custody issues. He forced my 5 year old through a cleaning while she screamed at the top of her lungs without even giving her a minute to regain composure. We are obviously switching dentists, but htought we should submit an honest review of our experiences here.
