I had an emergency situation where a tooth had caused an infection to start spreading to other teeth. I was in incredible pain when I finally was able to see my dentist who recommended I see Dr. Mischenko. I'm generally not paranoid about medical procedures....with the one exception being anything having to do with my teeth (most likely a result of years of orthodontic work when I was young). I was very nervous going into my first appointment, not to mention in terrible pain. Dr. Mischenko and her colleagues were incredible, immediately making time to see me, taking their time to explain what was going on, what my treatment options were, and answering questions. The treatment itself (addressing the infection followed by a root canal) as handled beautifully. Because of the infection, the procedure was prolonged to two visits to ensure that pain was minimized. Dr. Mischenko walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable and fully informed at all times. I really can't recommend her and her team enough for anyone that wants a top flight endodontist. Highest recommendation and certainly someone I will recommend to friends and family.
