Originally wanted Invisalign to correct a misaligned bite that I thought was causing my teeth grinding problem. Dr. Kim told me Invisalign would be helpful in correcting the bite and was told it would take one year. One year later, I went to my original dentist and he told me my bite was still off and was nowhere near decent. He then told me that Invisalign wouldn't be helpful in correcting a bite and that regular metal braces would be needed. I feel Dr. Kim mislead me about the usefulness of Invisalign in correcting my bite problem. I spent over $5700 and have nothing to show for it. In addition, the customer service I felt was poor. Though Dr. Kim herself was pleasant enough, her dental assistants were oftentimes passive-aggressive in their comments and actions (e.g. asking me if they were bothering my sleep when they call me at 2 p.m.), etc. Lastly, I had told them months in advance when I would need to have my treatment taken care of but they have my last visit scheduled past the date. I will be out of the state by then and will need to schedule my final visit months later.
