Dr. Nelsen was awesome! When I called, the man who answered the phone took lots of time to explain and help me with all my questions. He got my insurance over the phone and by the time I arrived for my appointment everything was taken care of. I only had to sit in the waititng room for five minutes. Turns out I needed my wisdom teeth out (among other things) which he was able to take care of without sending me somewhere else. The shots didn't hurt and I got to watch my favorite show on TV while the work was done. I'll be taking my entire family in soon for cleanings.
