Dr. Bergamini is a very good oral surgeon. His office staff however are not friendly. Make sure you are in-network with this provider, if you are not, they will not tell you. They made several billing errors on our account, including coding wrong, not follow-up with insurance, untimely filing and despite all the office mistakes they will charge for the entire bill. They are not willing to compromise/negotiate on your final out of pocket expense even with their errors. You will get no support from their staff. They will not complete a procedure unless you pay them $500 even if you have coverage by 2 insurance companies. They were incompetent on my claim and refuse to negotiate the final payment.
