Dr Ferencz has a terrible bedside manner. I have been putting up with his terrible attitude for years. On my last visit, he burnt my lip and then cut me with an instrument. Then proceeded to act annoyed and angry and blamed me for the accident saying I moved my head. It was a natural reaction to move my head when my lip is burning! I now have a scar on my lip to remember the horrible experience. All dentists can make mistakes, but the way it was handled is what is so maddening. Dr Fernecz is a bully and his staff is afraid of him. Furthermore Dr Fernecz prices are absolutely outrageous. I have spent thousands upon thousands on procedures there and was charged FULL price after he burnt and cut me. I will NEVER go back to his office again.

About Front Desk: The staff is nice but they are all afraid of Dr Ferencz. If you call and say you are running late they make you feel terrible.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are always nice and thorough however I find they don't last because they probably don't like working with Dr Ferencz.
