I must say that my son has no problems with his treatment. and the receptionist is very pleasant. I however am not the least bit satisfied with the way that I am treated by the blling/insurance secretary.
Dr. Brink gets very defensive and irrate when I have asked for clarification on treatment, he obviously does not like having to explain himself and that, I feel is is very poor customer service. I would not go back again, but I am locked in because of my ex's insurance plan or I would go elsewhere
