My child visited Dr. Dawn Crandall in October 2009 , at that time she filled 2 cavities. When I took him to another pediatric dentist in April 2010 both fillings had fallen out. I called Stonewall Dental and spoke with the office manager and told her that I would like to speak with Dr. Crandall. When Dr. Crandall called me back I explained why I was calling and questioned her as to why the fillings did not last 6 months. She never took any responsibility for the dental work having failed and then she went so far to use the analogy "If I sold you a car and it got scratched or dented, would you expect me to fix that too?" She never offered to make it right (not that I would have accepted) nor did she apologize.
I think this is a poor way to talk to paying customers and if the "professional" in a business talks to the customer this way it does not say much for the practice iftself.
