If you have Dent-ical..DO NOT GO HERE! THEY CHARGE YOU FOR COVERED TREATMENT , They refused to verify coverage after dent-ical benefits department stated x-rays were covered. Denti-cal referred me to 3 other offices all confirmed exam and xrays were covered...so I'm going to another office. Girl who answers the calls says she's worked there 3 years, she's rude and ignorant!
Stay away from this office if you don't want to get ripped off
