This is NOT what we signed on for! He has NO repoire with my child, in fact he comes off as disdaniful towards him/her. His waiting area is sterile, joyless and has all the warmth of a funeral home. He is dismissive of the concerns of my child AND me, the parent. He does NOT return our phone calls. He does not eminate even the slightest bit of warmth, compassion or humor. He is very short, curt and impatient when my child has fears or questions. Do not even THINK about asking and recieving a timeline for treatment.We're in our fifth year with ours. This would not have been the outcome with Dr. Kraut, who so clearly loved his work and his patients. His front desk staff is equally uncooperative and uncommunicative. This is MY experience. There may be other patients whose experiences were quite different. I am only speaking for myself.
