Dr. Cindy Hsu is excellent! She has called me at home on the evening of two separate procedures. She was unsatisfied with the outcome of a procedure, and she reperformed the surgery at no cost. She didn't have to tell me, I would have thought I was fine. It certainly wasn't her fault that I have thick gums that grew back quickly and created a pocket. She is also a teacher. A judge friend, and I both use her services. She has an excellent staff who always call to remind me of the appointment (which I aways forget). Periodontal work is always expensive. Perhaps there are doctors out there who are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Dr. Hsu is the best!
