I came to Dr. Tinney (picked him out of the phone book) because i was having some pain in a tooth; little did i know i needed extensive treatment all over my mouth, including numerous root canals and crowns! i was a newlywed, fresh out of college and Dr. Tinney and his staff were very understanding and patient with me when it came to the payment process. They even chose not to charge me for some things. Dr. Tinney was always available when i had to contact him after hours with emergencies and problems, and his 'chairside manner' is excellent. He's professional, pleasant, conversive and gentle. His billing staff was very patient and helpful with me through all the insurance run-arounds and his hygenists are equally efficient and pleasant.
