AVOID! This dental practice used to be great, but it has completely gone downhill. The front office staff are overly stressed out and therefore are angry and rude to patients. No one -- from the dentist to the administrative staff -- ever returns phone calls. The staff failed to follow through in submitting a treatment plan to my insurance carrier, which created a huge mess and delayed my being able to get treatment for a period of months. The practice used to have Saturday hours, but that has stopped. The dentist I used to see is now there only one day a week. He has another practice in Contra Costa and is spread way too thin. This practice used to be known for its high quality patient care, but that is all in the past.
