10+ yrs as a patient; does not 'push' expensive treatments. Did a crown about 8 yrs ago and it has held up fine, no problems. Good focus on prevention - pushed me to get a Sonicare even though it subsequently cost him business (no cavities for a many years now). Quiet demeanor, his hygienist has been with him for a long time so it is a comfortable environment. Cost is reasonable - has always worked within insurance reimbursements. I don't know about the technology of the office vs the rest of the industry (can't say if they are current or not as I haven't been in any other dentist offices in that time) but it certainly has worked for me. Not flashy, just good, reliable care. I think the results (no cavities in nearly 10 years now) speak for themselves.
